CSRT is an ever-evolving model of psychotherapy that has grown significantly since 2021. Both the theory and the techniques have been sharpened and crystallized, making the model even more specialized in treating complex trauma, highly defended clients, and Traumatic Memory States.
The CSRT Advanced Experiential course is the sequel to the CSRT Introductory course (offered in 2023 and 2021). The Advanced Experiential Course is offered so that participants can begin to master the skills they learned in the Intro Course. Mastery requires repetition, persistence and experiential practice. The course not only features SueAnne’s signature teaching style using micro-analysis of annotated clinical videotape and live demos, but also participants will get a chance to practice their CSRT skills in small, supportive peer groups under the guidance of CSRT experiential assistants. This is a great opportunity to deepen your learning of the ever-expanding CSRT model, sharpen your clinical skills and gain confidence as a CSRT clinician.
The course consists of 8 modules, offered on select Wednesdays from 11 am to 3 pm EST (See below for dates).
The didactic portion of each module will be recorded (e.g. reviewing the powerpoint slides, clinical videos, live demos, etc.); this means, even if you miss a module, you will still be able to stay up-to-date with the learning.
We’ve arranged with our new CE Provider, Heisel & Associates, to be able to provide 3.75 CE Credits PER MODULE, so there is no need to worry about having to attend every module in order to get CEs. In other words, you will be able to get CE credits for each of the modules you attend (a maximum of 30 CE credits), and if you miss a module, you will simply not get credits for that module (see registration page for more info).
